Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Specialist / System Manager

What You Will Work On

• Manage and support trading and securities systems in production
• Handle and coordinate incidents and operational issues
• Provide production-oriented application support
• Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams
• Drive and follow up on activities and improvements
• Coordinate application maintenance and further development
• Lead and coordinate other team members when required
• Ensure stable and reliable operation of trading systems
• Analyze technical and business-related issues
• Contribute to agile development and improvement initiatives
• Support communication between business, IT and external stakeholders

What You Bring

• Academic or vocational education, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with stock exchange/trading systems such as Abasec, ProBroker or similar
• Experience from securities trading
• Experience working with agile methodologies
• Experience leading people and driving and following up activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of both technical and business-related aspects
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Good command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
