Role Summary

An Atlassian Specialist is needed for a consulting assignment within the finance and payments sector, with a focus on Jira and Confluence. The role involves ensuring stable, well-functioning, and sustainable Atlassian solutions through technical administration, configuration, migration, and ongoing platform management.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Jira and Confluence environments.
• Perform and support migrations of Jira and/or Confluence instances.
• Provide technical lifecycle management and maintenance of Atlassian platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support the stability and availability of the platform.
• Manage user permissions, access structures, and authorization settings.
• Contribute technical expertise on the underlying structure and architecture of the Atlassian platform.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Atlassian product administration and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Confluence migrations.
• Knowledge of Atlassian platform architecture, technical structure, and operational management.
• Experience with troubleshooting and permission management in Atlassian environments.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal consultant has substantial technical experience working with Jira and Confluence in enterprise environments. Experience from large and complex IT landscapes is advantageous, particularly within banking, finance, payments, or other regulated industries.
