Role Summary
An experienced Communication Specialist is needed for a consulting assignment within a transport-focused business area. The role is responsible for leading internal communication activities, creating engaging content for employees and stakeholders, and supporting consistent brand awareness across the organisation. You will work closely with management as well as Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications teams to ensure messaging is clear, relevant and aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate internal communication activities for the business area.
- Create high-quality newsletters, internal articles, presentations and other communication materials.
- Support management with communication needs, messaging and presentation material.
- Identify opportunities to highlight products, services and business activities through relevant communication channels.
- Develop and implement communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement, brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports covering communication and media activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop new communication ideas, formats and approaches.
- Coordinate and quality-assure content to ensure it is publication-ready and delivered in a timely manner.
- Respond to ongoing communication-related needs across the organisation.

Qualifications & Experience
You hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related discipline. The assignment requires proven experience of producing targeted, engaging content for different audiences, together with strong knowledge of established communication practices and techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong organisational capability, and the ability to take ownership of and lead communication activities are essential.
