Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced hands-on Construction Project Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead construction and infrastructure projects from planning to handover
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, costs and forecasts
• Monitor project schedules and overall progress
• Manage contracts and contractor performance
• Identify and manage project risks and changes
• Establish project controls and performance reporting
• Track project milestones, costs and delivery performance
• Lead procurement and construction activities
• Coordinate commissioning and project handover
• Act as the primary interface between project stakeholders and contractors
• Secure required permits and approvals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental and safety requirements
• Monitor day-to-day site execution and provide management-level reporting
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
• Support informed decision-making through structured project reporting

What You Bring

• Strong experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Hands-on experience managing construction and/or infrastructure projects
• Experience with end-to-end project delivery
• Strong knowledge of project controls, cost management and forecasting
• Experience with contract and contractor management
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and progress monitoring
• Experience with change and risk management
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors, consultants and stakeholders
• Experience managing projects from planning through commissioning and handover
• Good understanding of permits, regulatory requirements and safety standards
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work both on-site and at management level
• Structured, hands-on and results-oriented approach
• Strong focus on safety, cost, schedule and quality
