Role Summary
We are seeking a Junior to Mid-level CRM / Test Consultant to support a CRM team in maintaining stable operations and delivering new CRM and customer engagement solutions. The assignment combines business validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), CRM operational support, issue troubleshooting, and reporting for stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support CRM system rollouts and release activities through business validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Test customer engagement platforms, customer journeys, and campaigns to verify functionality and quality.
- Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects, issues, and improvement opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day CRM operational support and assist with troubleshooting system-related issues.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for different business functions.
- Respond to CRM-related stakeholder questions, requests, and support needs.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support successful delivery and continuous improvement of CRM solutions.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable systems.
- Practical experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validation, defect documentation, and issue follow-up.
- Ability to work with CRM data, validate system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and produce reports and dashboards.
- Experience supporting customer engagement solutions, including customer journeys and campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in CRM, business analysis, testing, reporting, or project support. You should be analytical, detail-oriented, structured, proactive, and service-minded, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required. Nordic language skills are advantageous.
