Assignment Description

We are looking for Senior DevSecOps, Platform and Cloud Engineers to support long-term assignments with a major international client in the industrial technology sector.

The assignments focus on building and operating modern developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD ecosystems, Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) and AI-enabled engineering capabilities. You will work closely with development teams to improve developer experience, automation, security, scalability and operational excellence.

What You Will Work On

• Build and operate modern DevSecOps and Platform Engineering solutions
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS and/or Azure
• Work with Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Build and improve CI/CD platforms and pipelines
• Work with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins and CodePipeline
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation and/or AWS CDK
• Develop automation using Python, TypeScript, Bash and PowerShell
• Build and support cloud-native and serverless architectures
• Implement security-by-design and cloud governance practices
• Develop monitoring, observability and automation capabilities
• Improve Developer Experience (DX) across engineering teams
• Build and support Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
• Collaborate closely with development teams to improve engineering workflows
• Contribute to platform operations and operational excellence

What You Bring

• Strong experience in DevSecOps and Platform Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure
• Experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift
• Strong experience with CI/CD platforms
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code
• Programming and automation experience with Python, TypeScript, Bash and/or PowerShell
• Experience with cloud-native and serverless architectures
• Strong understanding of security-by-design and cloud governance
• Experience with monitoring and observability
• Experience improving developer experience and engineering workflows
• Experience with Internal Developer Platforms
• Proactive approach to solving complex technical challenges
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Meritorious

• Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, MCP or AI platform integrations
• Experience with Backstage or similar Internal Developer Platforms
• Experience working in enterprise-scale cloud environments
• Experience with Platform Operations and SRE practices
• Experience building AI-enabled engineering capabilities
