Assignment Description

We are looking for a senior Financial Controlling Lead

What You Will Work On

• Lead and support consolidated financial reporting
• Work with IFRS accounting and reporting requirements
• Analyze financial results and identify deviations
• Investigate the underlying drivers behind financial outcomes
• Work with group reporting and consolidation
• Analyze intercompany transactions and differences
• Manage opening and closing balance differences
• Support cash flow analysis and financial development
• Analyze investments, CAPEX and financial impacts
• Perform quality assurance of financial reporting
• Drive financial issues from analysis to resolution
• Work closely with auditors, management and senior stakeholders
• Support reporting processes in larger and international organizations
• Work with ERP and financial reporting systems
• Create structure and improve financial processes and routines
• Translate complex financial information into clear conclusions and actions

What You Bring

• Strong experience with consolidated financial statements
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Very good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify financial deviations
• Experience with group reporting and consolidation
• Understanding of intercompany accounting
• Understanding of opening and closing differences
• Good knowledge of cash flow and financial development
• Experience working independently and handling new issues proactively
• Experience from large or international organizations
• Strong stakeholder management skills with auditors and management
• Good understanding of ERP and financial reporting systems
• Ability to work both at detailed accounting level and at a strategic level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
