Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Safety Project Manager / Functional Safety Lead

What You Will Work On

• Define and maintain safety governance processes across internally developed and partner-delivered autonomous solutions
• Own and manage Safety Cases throughout the solution lifecycle
• Act as safety authority and make safety go/no-go decisions before deployment
• Escalate critical safety decisions to senior leadership when required
• Ensure compliance with:Safety regulations
• Industry standards
• Internal governance requirements

Support and lead risk assessments, hazard analysis, and operational safety reviews

Collaborate with:

• Product & Technology teams
• Deployment and Operations teams
• External partners
• Regulatory organizations

Support incident investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions

Act as the primary safety interface toward internal and external regulatory bodies

Coordinate safety responsibilities across multiple stakeholders and organizations

Drive continuous improvement of safety processes, governance models, and safety culture

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field
• 10+ years of experience within:Functional safety
• Operational safety
• Regulatory compliance
• Safety-critical systems

Proven experience with Safety Case methodology and Safety Case management

Strong experience working with safety standards and frameworks, including:

• ISO 26262
• ISO 21448 (SOTIF)
• Incident reporting processes

Strong analytical skills and proven experience in:

• Risk assessment
• Risk management
• Safety decision-making

Experience working in complex, regulated environments

Ability to independently evaluate safety risks and make objective decisions

Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
