Role Summary

An experienced ICT Architect is needed for a consulting assignment focused on technical architecture and cybersecurity. The role will strengthen and further develop a robust, secure internal IT environment, taking a holistic view of infrastructure, networks, systems, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical architecture for a secure and resilient internal IT environment.
• Define and improve network, server, infrastructure, and security architecture.
• Ensure that infrastructure components and security controls are designed to work effectively together.
• Contribute to the protection and ongoing improvement of internal IT environments.
• Support the design and use of visualization technologies within the technical environment.
• Contribute to logging and monitoring capabilities where relevant.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• Network architecture and network design.
• Server and infrastructure architecture.
• Cybersecurity for internal IT environments.
• Cisco technologies.
• Fortinet technologies.
• Visualization technologies.
• Logging and monitoring solutions are advantageous.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate is an experienced ICT Architect with demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity and securing internal IT environments. Strong competence in network architecture and the design of networks, servers, and associated infrastructure is required. Experience with Cisco and Fortinet is required. Experience with visualization technology is also required, while knowledge of logging and monitoring is considered beneficial. The candidate should understand how internal IT environments are built and secured, and be able to take a holistic architectural perspective across networks, servers, security, and infrastructure.
