Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Interface Management Engineer to establish and manage technical interfaces within a gas turbine package.

The role focuses on creating standardized and supplier-independent interface processes, ensuring clear ownership, documentation, control and successful integration between different systems and modules.

The consultant will develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Interface Registers/Matrices and establish the overall interface management process. The role also involves educating internal stakeholders and leading pilot projects to validate the process, tools and ways of working.

What You Will Work On

• Establish and develop an Interface Management Process
• Define process ownership and ways of working
• Develop standardized Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
• Create and maintain Interface Registers / Interface Matrices
• Define ownership, status, revisions and document references
• Ensure technical interfaces are controlled and maintained
• Support supplier-independent interface solutions
• Lead interface management activities in pilot projects
• Educate and guide selected employees on interface management
• Coordinate technical stakeholders across systems and teams
• Identify and resolve interface-related technical issues
• Support successful system and package integration
• Apply project management principles for planning, execution and control

What You Bring

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably more
• Previous experience with interface management processes
• Experience from automotive industry or similar technical/industrial environments
• Strong understanding of Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
• Experience structuring Interface Registers / Interface Matrices
• Understanding of system interfaces and technical integration
• General knowledge of project management principles
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• Ability to establish structured processes and ways of working
• Fluent Swedish and English
