IT Administrative Manager – Technical Transformation & Integration - 20004

Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrative Manager to lead and coordinate technical activities within a major logistics and transport transformation initiative.

You will oversee the technical delivery lifecycle, from design and implementation to commissioning, handover, and ongoing operations. Acting as the key link between IT, business stakeholders, and external suppliers, you will ensure structured delivery, effective risk management, and compliance with technical and security requirements.

What You Will Work On

• Lead and coordinate technical activities across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Plan and follow up on platforms, integrations, security, environment strategy, and data migration.
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and cross-functional decisions.
• Define and coordinate validation of non-functional requirements, including performance, availability, resilience, and disaster recovery.
• Coordinate master data management and data quality activities.
• Review technical documentation and support system integration testing and technical troubleshooting.
• Coordinate commissioning, hypercare, knowledge transfer, and operational handover.
• Establish a sustainable service and management model for ongoing operations.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and multiple external suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with technical architecture principles, security standards, and IT governance.

What You Bring

• At least 10 years of experience leading technical activities in large IT and transformation projects.
• Documented experience implementing SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions for business-critical systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of integration platforms, APIs, message-based integration, and secure system communication.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, including Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and JIT.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external suppliers in complex deliveries.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments with high security, availability, and governance requirements.
• Ability to lead technical decisions and coordinate activities across IT, operations, and external parties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• A structured, solution-oriented approach with strong ownership and stakeholder management skills.

Meritorious

• Experience with warehouse management, transport management, or supply chain platforms.
• Experience in logistics or transport-intensive operations.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes in supply chain, logistics, or other business-critical areas.
