Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Service & Operations Specialist

What You Will Work On

• Implement, develop and manage IT services and technical solutions
• Work with system operations, support and system development
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support
• Troubleshoot and handle IT incidents
• Manage patching, monitoring and ongoing system maintenance
• Provide remote and onsite technical support
• Document incidents and activities in ticketing/service management systems
• Contribute to cost estimation and continuous improvement
• Support quality, compliance and IT security activities
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Work in an international environment with business, HR, legal and quality functions
• Act as a contact person for the business within the assigned area

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
• Academic degree or equivalent professional experience
• Good knowledge of:IT technology
• Data protection
• IT security
• Requirements management

Basic knowledge of:

• Project management
• Vendor management
• Risk management
• IT Service Management
• Quality and compliance

Experience with IT operations and technical support

Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills

Good collaboration and customer-focused approach

Responsible and results-oriented working style

Fluent Swedish and good English, both spoken and written
