IT Test Consultant – SAP ERP Implementation & Integration Testing - 20382 - Enköping/Stockholm/Gothenburg, Sweden

Assignment Description

We are looking for IT Test Consultants to support a major SAP ERP implementation within the healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution industry.

The project involves replacing an existing ERP system with SAP and testing integrations with existing systems and automated logistics facilities. Consultants will coordinate testing activities, understand business requirements, and ensure changes work correctly across end-to-end business processes.

The initial requirement is for at least two consultants, with potential to expand the team to up to ten consultants.

What You Will Work On

• Coordinate, organise, and manage testing activities across different functions and test types.
• Define test requirements and determine the scope and number of tests needed.
• Bridge the gap between IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Understand business processes and assess the impact of changes on end-to-end workflows.
• Support integration testing between SAP and existing systems.
• Analyse complex integration flows, including invoicing and article data flows.
• Support Test Lead activities or hypercare support, depending on the role.
• Collaborate with project teams and external suppliers to ensure effective testing and issue resolution.

What You Bring

• Documented experience working in IT projects, including coordination or supporting responsibilities.
• Previous experience working with SAP environments.
• Ability to understand business requirements and operational processes.
• Understanding of system integrations and their impact on end-to-end business workflows.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Meritorious

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, production, or logistics industries.
• Knowledge of ISF, ISAK, or qsoft systems.
• Understanding of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
• Swedish and/or Finnish language skills.
• Valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
