We are looking for a senior Operations Manager to lead complex factory transitions, cutovers, and go-live activities. You will connect manufacturing operations, supply chain, business functions, and IT/OT teams to ensure a controlled and successful transition.
The role requires strong leadership, structured planning, risk management, and the ability to turn complex transformation activities into an executable cutover plan.
What You Will Work On
- Lead end-to-end factory cutovers, transitions, and go-live activities.
- Develop and manage integrated cutover plans, dependencies, critical paths, and readiness criteria.
- Coordinate manufacturing, production planning, logistics, and supply chain activities.
- Align IT/OT systems, including SAP, MES, WMS, automation, master data, and integrations.
- Establish go/no-go governance, command centres, and operational readiness reviews.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Provide executive reporting and communicate progress, risks, and decisions.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business operations, IT, engineering, and external suppliers.
- Challenge readiness gaps and drive corrective actions through to completion.
- Support factory relocation, greenfield start-up, or major production transformation initiatives.
What You Bring
- At least 10 years of experience in project/program management, factory transformation, or cutover management.
- Proven experience leading complex end-to-end cutovers and go-lives.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, production planning, logistics, and supply chain.
- Experience coordinating IT/OT, SAP, MES, WMS, automation, master data, and system integrations.
- Strong skills in integrated planning, dependency management, critical paths, and readiness assessments.
- Experience with go/no-go decisions, command centres, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
- A hands-on, structured, and execution-focused approach.
Meritorious
- Experience with factory relocation or greenfield manufacturing start-ups.
- Experience leading major production transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of industrial IT, automation, robotics, and manufacturing execution systems.
- Experience with SAP, MES, CMMS, WMS, or MOM systems.
