We are looking for an experienced Feature/Attribute Leader within Passive Safety

What You Will Work On

• Take responsibility for Passive Safety features
• Define vehicle targets for passive safety
• Propose and evaluate technical concepts
• Develop verification and validation plans
• Analyze and compile results from CAE simulations and physical testing
• Support analysis and testing activities related to vehicle safety
• Work with functions and systems related to passive safety
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Contribute to technical decisions and feature development
• Support continuous improvement of passive safety solutions
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Take a leading role within the safety area

What You Bring

• M.Sc. or equivalent technical education
• Experience in automotive safety engineering
• Strong experience in passive safety
• Experience with safety analysis and testing
• Experience working with functions and systems related to passive safety
• Experience with CAE and/or safety testing
• Ability to define and evaluate technical concepts
• Experience establishing verification and validation plans
• Ability to analyze and communicate CAE and test results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
