Platform Software Engineer - 19190

Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Developer / Platform Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Develop and maintain services using ASP.NETCore and C#
• Build access control and auditing functionality using Open Policy Agent (OPA)
• Integrate the service with Volvo's central solutions
• Support deployment across cloud and Edge platforms
• Work with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Manage Git repositories and development workflows
• Work with Azure SQL Database
• Configure and manage resources through the Azure Portal
• Work with Terraform configuration and infrastructure where required
• Participate in agile development following PI cadence
• Collaborate with developers, platform engineers and other technical stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development and delivery processes

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with ASP.NETCore and C#
• Very good knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Strong experience with Azure SQL Database
• Good knowledge of Azure Portal and Azure resources
• Understanding of CI/CD and ability to learn and work independently with DevOps tooling
• Experience working with Git repositories
• Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly learn new platforms, technologies and development processes
