Assignment Description

We are looking for a PLM Use Case Lead

What You Will Work On

• Lead business requirement gathering
• Maintain User Stories and Functional Requirements in Jira
• Own and manage use case/component backlogs
• Translate strategy into clear sprint goals
• Coordinate SMEs, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders
• Identify gaps between current processes and proposed PLM solutions
• Support alignment and define improved ways of working
• Support validation, testing, and UAT
• Represent the business in design and dependency discussions
• Identify data migration requirements
• Support business readiness, Show & Tell, sandbox testing, and training
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and adoption activities

What You Bring

• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Quality, etc.
• Strong experience defining User Stories and Functional Requirements
• Experience documenting and improving business processes
• Ability to translate complex technical information into business language
• Experience with testing, validation, and UAT
• Experience in PLM environments
• Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently as a business proxy
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
