Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Development Test Engineer

The role focuses on hands-on testing, verification, machine development and commissioning of filling and hygiene equipment. You will work closely with multidisciplinary Scrum teams to evaluate mechanical designs, identify technical issues and provide practical feedback that supports the development of next-generation filling solutions.

The position is highly practical and suits someone who enjoys working directly with machines, test equipment and physical test environments.

What You Will Work On

• Plan, prepare and rebuild test equipment and test rigs
• Commission test equipment and machinery
• Perform practical development and verification activities
• Execute physical tests and document results and observations
• Evaluate mechanical designs and test setups
• Provide feedback on functionality, performance and maintainability
• Support verification and validation activities
• Troubleshoot technical problems during testing
• Collaborate with mechanical, automation and other engineering teams
• Support machine installations and rebuilds
• Contribute to development of filling and hygiene equipment
• Work as part of a Scrum team with daily technical collaboration
• Provide practical technical input to improve product performance

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on engineering experience
• Experience with mechanical equipment, machinery development, testing or commissioning
• Experience performing physical tests and troubleshooting
• Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and mechanical designs
• Structured approach to documenting test results and technical conclusions
• Good understanding of equipment functionality and performance
• Strong problem-solving and practical engineering skills
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Fluent in Swedish, written and spoken
