Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to work at the intersection of business and technology. You will define product direction, manage priorities and ensure that development and maintenance activities deliver strong business value.

What You Will Work On

• Own and drive the product roadmap and strategy.
• Manage, prioritise and maintain the product backlog.
• Balance innovation, maintenance, business value and technical debt.
• Gather and clarify business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and agile teams, including developers, testers, architects and analysts.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and ensure solutions support business needs.
• Define and monitor product metrics.
• Support cross-team initiatives, manage risks and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Continuously improve team processes and ways of working.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in a development and maintenance organisation.
• Proven ability to balance business value, financial considerations and product priorities.
• Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured approach, ownership and decision-making ability.

Meritorious

• Experience in telecom or digital customer journeys.
• Experience working across multiple teams or leading cross-team initiatives.
• Experience with product metrics and data-driven decision-making.
