Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Develop and improve assembly methods
• Create and maintain production instructions
• Develop and update PFMEA
• Ensure correct tools and equipment are available at the right stations
• Support operators and line technicians in daily production activities
• Analyze production problems and drive solutions
• Participate in weekly meetings with line managers and support functions
• Follow up on activities, priorities and improvement initiatives
• Support health and safety, quality and delivery targets
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes
• Drive continuous improvement within the area of responsibility
• Support efficient value flow and production performance
• Work with Lean and World Class Manufacturing principles
• Use ERP systems in production-related activities

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Production Engineer
• Strong experience developing assembly factories
• Master of Science in Production Engineering, Supply Chain or a similar field
• Good knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of Lean
• Good knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM)
• Experience with assembly methods and production instructions
• Experience with PFMEA
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work closely with operators, technicians and management
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Motivation to continuously improve processes and ways of working
• Strong responsibility and commitment to the assigned area
