Senior AI/ML Platform Engineer - 19656 - Malmo/Lund

Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer for Bosch in Malmö/Lund.

The role combines Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure and Generative/Agentic AI. You will build reusable platform capabilities and production-ready foundations for AI applications, AI assistants and agentic workflows.

The focus is not only on AI development but on making AI solutions secure, scalable, observable, reliable and production-ready.

What You Will Work On

• Build and operate AI platform capabilities
• Develop reusable platform patterns and golden paths
• Turn AI prototypes into secure production services
• Build CI/CD and infrastructure automation
• Work with Docker, Linux and Infrastructure as Code
• Operate workloads in AWS, Azure or GCP
• Improve monitoring, logging and platform reliability
• Build foundations for AI assistants and agentic workflows
• Work with LLM/model providers and tool integrations
• Support RAG, retrieval and knowledge-enabled applications
• Establish security guardrails around identity, secrets and access
• Investigate production issues and improve reliability
• Collaborate with AI, security, cloud, data and product teams
• Create technical documentation and engineering standards

What You Bring

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure or similar
• Strong experience with Linux and Docker/containers
• Strong CI/CD experience
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, Go or similar
• Experience operating reliable production services
• Experience with monitoring, logging and incident troubleshooting
• Practical experience with Generative AI, ML, AI platforms or AI workloads
• Understanding of AI agents, tool calling, RAG or coding assistants
• Security-focused approach to identity, secrets, networking and least privilege
• Ability to translate new AI technologies into practical production solutions
