Role Summary
An experienced Senior Business Analyst is required to take a leading role in an IT Delivery and Migration workstream within a wider HR transformation programme. The assignment will drive the workstream from planning into execution, ensuring readiness for implementation, integrations, data migration, testing and go-live.
The role works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, global functions, suppliers and parallel project workstreams. The consultant will create structure, transparency and momentum across a complex delivery environment while ensuring alignment with project plans, governance and established delivery methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the IT Delivery and Migration workstream across multiple parallel initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate and follow up system implementation, integration, migration, testing and deployment activities.
- Manage integration dependencies and coordinate relevant technical and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing and test readiness.
- Plan and coordinate cutover, go-live and transition-to-support activities.
- Maintain traceability between business requirements, testing activities and delivery outcomes.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, project documentation and delivery reporting.
- Conduct investigations, assessments, requirements analysis and business process analysis.
- Contribute to strategic and operational improvement initiatives within the transformation programme.
- Coordinate vendors and suppliers and support effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- Strong experience with business analysis and requirements management.
- Hands-on experience coordinating complex IT implementations, migrations and system integrations.
- Strong test management experience, including SIT, UAT and integration testing.
- Experience with data migration, data quality activities and deployment readiness.
- Experience with cutover planning, go-live coordination and transition to support.
- Preferred experience with HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Aditro or similar solutions.
- Experience with payroll systems and payroll parallel testing is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, SAFe, Scrum or ISTQB are beneficial.
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related discipline, along with at least 5 years of experience in positions such as Senior Business Analyst, IT Delivery Lead, Migration Lead or System Analyst. Experience leading complex IT implementations or transformation programmes is required. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors and suppliers in an environment with multiple concurrent initiatives. Experience from HR or ERP transformation programmes is preferred. Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is required.
