Role Summary
We are seeking an Embedded Software Developer for a consulting assignment focused on the development, implementation, and continued enhancement of software close to hardware. You will join a skilled development team and contribute technical expertise to the delivery of robust, reliable embedded solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain embedded software for hardware-near environments.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of robust embedded solutions.
- Work independently to identify, prioritize, and complete technical tasks.
- Collaborate with other developers and technical stakeholders within the development team.
- Take ownership of assigned work and proactively drive engineering activities forward.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of C and/or C++.
- Experience developing software for Embedded Systems.
- Understanding of hardware-near software development and embedded architectures.
- Experience with signal processing and signal-processing software is advantageous.
- Experience from real-time or hardware-near development environments is advantageous.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate has approximately 2–3 years of experience in embedded software development and is comfortable working independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative engineering environment. A relevant university degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable discipline is advantageous. Although the assignment title includes seniority, the client is open to candidates who are still developing within the embedded domain and demonstrate curiosity, initiative, accountability, and a structured approach to technical work.
