Senior .NET/C# Developer

Role Summary

An experienced Senior .NET/C# Developer is needed for a consulting assignment supporting business-critical systems with high requirements for stability, reliability, and operational resilience. The role is suited to a technically strong developer who is comfortable working independently on complex technical challenges.

You will contribute to the development and architecture of business-critical applications in an environment based on .NET, C#, and Azure. The assignment includes designing and developing event-driven distributed systems, as well as monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business-critical applications using .NET and C#.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design for reliable, scalable distributed solutions.
• Design and develop event-driven distributed systems and microservices.
• Monitor applications and investigate incidents, performance issues, and technical faults in critical production environments.
• Independently troubleshoot complex issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to frontend development, primarily using Angular.
• Support mobile application development using .NET MAUI and Blazor where required.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• Extensive experience with .NET and C#.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Experience designing system architecture for distributed applications.
• Experience developing Microservices and event-driven distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with application monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Frontend development experience with Angular.
• Mobile development experience using .NET MAUI and Blazor.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful consultant has substantial professional experience in .NET-based development, C#, Azure, and microservices. You should have demonstrated experience of system architecture, event-driven distributed systems, and operational troubleshooting in business-critical environments. The ability to work independently when investigating and resolving complex technical problems is essential.
