Senior Project Manager – LMS Implementation & Business Transformation - 20090

Assignment Description

We are looking for a senior project manager to lead the next phase of a group-wide Learning Management System (LMS) initiative. The current LMS provider has announced end-of-life in December 2027, and the client is conducting an RFP process to evaluate potential suppliers.

You will translate the completed analysis into a practical implementation plan, establish a strong delivery team, and prepare for implementation in collaboration with the selected supplier. The role involves close cooperation with HR, IT, architecture, security, business stakeholders, and external vendors in a complex corporate environment.

What You Will Work On

• Develop the implementation roadmap, project plans, governance, and delivery structure.
• Build and lead a cross-functional project team, ensuring clear responsibilities and shared objectives.
• Coordinate the RFP process and collaboration with the selected SaaS supplier.
• Manage dependencies relating to HR master data, organisational structures, roles, permissions, and regulatory training requirements.
• Lead discussions between business teams, IT, architecture, security, and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, decisions, and priorities.
• Communicate progress and key decisions to sponsors, steering committees, and stakeholders.
• Prepare the organisation for a successful group-wide LMS implementation across relevant markets.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience as a senior project manager leading complex business and IT transformations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build engagement around common goals.
• Experience managing SaaS implementations and external supplier relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
• Ability to combine strategic planning with detailed execution and follow-up.
• Experience working in complex organisations with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
• Understanding of target architecture, governance, risk management, and organisational change.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

• Experience delivering SaaS implementations within the banking sector.
• Familiarity with established banking processes for system development and implementation.
• Experience leading initiatives across multiple countries or home markets.
• Experience implementing HR, learning, competency, or organisational systems.
