Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead the implementation of eIDAS2
• Coordinate business and IT workstreams
• Establish and maintain overall programme plans
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple organisational areas
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable activities
• Define implementation plans, deliverables and milestones
• Manage cross-functional dependencies
• Drive programme progress and follow up on deliverables
• Identify and manage programme risks
• Prepare reporting for steering committees and senior management
• Facilitate governance and decision-making
• Coordinate activities across payments, branch operations and central IT
• Ensure regulatory requirements are implemented effectively and compliantly
• Support organisational change and transformation activities

What You Bring

• Documented experience leading large, cross-organisational initiatives
• Strong programme and project management experience
• Experience within the financial sector
• Proven experience with regulatory implementation and change programmes
• Experience spanning both business and IT
• Strong stakeholder and dependency management skills
• Experience reporting to steering committees and senior management
• Strong risk, governance and progress management capabilities
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical implementation activities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to operate effectively in complex organisational environments
