Senior Project / Program Manager – Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) - 20225

Assignment Description

The client is looking for an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to coordinate multiple EPICs delivered by different teams across various areas of the bank.

You will be responsible for developing clear delivery plans, coordinating deliverables, and identifying dependencies and risks across the different EPICs. From late January/early February 2027, you will also take over the program management responsibility for an ongoing Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) program as the current Program Manager retires.

The program includes implementing new customer screening and transaction monitoring systems, upgrading existing systems, migrating systems to a new container platform, and regulatory reporting.

What You Will Work On

• Coordinate multiple EPICs across different teams and business areas.
• Develop clear plans and coordinate deliveries across EPIC owners.
• Identify, track, and manage dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges.
• Take over program management responsibilities for the ongoing FCP program.
• Coordinate implementation of customer screening and transaction monitoring systems.
• Manage system upgrades, container platform migrations, and regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Align stakeholders and ensure progress across parallel workstreams.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in project and/or program management.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams.
• Strong skills in dependency management, risk identification, and delivery planning.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Meritorious

• Previous experience with regulatory projects.
• Experience within Financial Crime Prevention (FCP).
• Experience in banking and financial services.
• Experience managing complex IT programs involving multiple teams and systems.
