Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Tester / Test Lead with Scrum Master or Team Lead experience

What You Will Work On

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and support team activities
• Act as test lead and quality voice within the team
• Analyze requirements and create test cases and acceptance criteria
• Develop and maintain automated UI, API and backend tests
• Build and improve regression test suites
• Perform manual and exploratory testing when required
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Insomnia
• Test REST, GraphQL and WebSocket APIs
• Investigate failures using logs, integrations and browser DevTools
• Report, analyze and follow up defects
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Support deploy and release processes
• Manage test data across multiple environments
• Improve UI and backend test automation
• Coach/upskill testers in automation
• Support monitoring and quality improvements of existing services

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in testing and test leadership
• 2+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Strong test automation and technical background
• Experience automating UI, API and backend test cases
• Hands-on experience with Cypress, Selenium or similar
• Strong API testing experience with Postman/Insomnia
• Knowledge of REST, GraphQL and WebSocket
• Experience with microservices
• Understanding of the Software Test Life Cycle
• Experience with test management tools
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with digital services
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of Agile ways of working
• Fluent English; Swedish is a plus
