Role Summary
An experienced Solution Architect is needed to support the development of the client's digital solutions. The assignment focuses on a complex digital landscape spanning e-commerce, product information, customer data, CRM, marketing technology, and integrations. The role works closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, development teams, suppliers, and fellow architects to translate business needs into sustainable, feasible solution designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business stakeholders and Business Analysts in solution discussions, analysis, and investigations.
- Develop, document, and quality-assure solution designs.
- Identify dependencies across systems, integrations, and information flows.
- Assess and ensure the technical feasibility of requirements and alternative solution approaches.
- Design integration, information, and data solutions.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with established architecture principles and the target architecture.
- Contribute to projects, feasibility studies, and change initiatives.
- Support supplier dialogue, system evaluations, and procurement activities.
- Review solution proposals produced by internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- Solution architecture for digital platforms and enterprise systems.
- System integration architecture and integration design.
- Information architecture and data design.
- CRM, customer data, product information, e-commerce, and marketing technology solution domains.
- Architecture principles, target architecture, and technical feasibility assessment.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal consultant is experienced in rapidly understanding complex system landscapes and converting business requirements into practical, sustainable technical solutions. Experience collaborating across business, analysis, development, architecture, and supplier stakeholders is required. A strong ability to evaluate solution alternatives, identify cross-system dependencies, and review technical proposals is important.
