Supply Chain Developer – S&SP - 19531

Role Summary

We are looking for a Supply Chain Developer to drive operational excellence and tactical alignment across the supply chain by balancing demand and supply. The assignment focuses on leading Sales and Operations Planning activities to ensure supply chain operations are efficient, responsive, and aligned with strategic objectives.

You will work across demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, production, and other key business functions. The role contributes to reliable product delivery, improved cost efficiency, and higher customer satisfaction through data-driven supply chain planning and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Sales and Operations Planning activities across relevant business functions.
• Balance demand and supply to support efficient, responsive, and strategically aligned operations.
• Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence.
• Improve forecast accuracy by aligning demand forecasts with production plans.
• Use data and analytics to support decision-making, identify trends, and implement best practices.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain clear communication between sales, marketing, production, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Contribute to long-term supply chain and operational strategies.
• Support initiatives that improve cost efficiency, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, customer satisfaction, and delivery reliability.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• Experience using SAP in supply chain-related processes.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting, analysis, and data visualization.
• Ability to apply data analysis to planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
• Understanding of Sales and Operations Planning principles and the connection between demand forecasts, inventory, and production plans.

Qualifications & Experience

You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience with SAP and Power BI, preferably in supply chain processes and data visualization, is required. You should have a strong analytical approach and experience optimizing supply chain operations. The role requires the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, functions, and priorities in a structured and proactive manner.

Fluency in English is required, as English is used as the working language in a global environment.
