Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Delivery Assurance Lead

What You Will Work On

• Visualize supply chain information from Procurement, Planning, Logistics and subcontract manufacturers
• Monitor delivery status of critical components
• Identify gaps between planned production and actual supply capacity
• Identify bottlenecks throughout the supply chain
• Analyze lead times and capacity constraints
• Identify and assess supply chain risks
• Drive cross-functional corrective actions
• Coordinate analyses between Procurement, Planning, Logistics and Production
• Coordinate activities with subcontract manufacturers
• Create consolidated management-level supply chain views
• Provide clear decision-support material to operations and management
• Escalate delivery and capacity risks
• Support production ramp-up through improved supply chain transparency

What You Bring

• Several years of experience within Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Logistics or Production
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Experience analyzing delivery capability, risks and bottlenecks
• Experience working with complex material flows
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in complex organizations
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to create clear decision-support material from complex information
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
