Assignment Description

The client is seeking an experienced Tech and Design Transfer Project Manager for a pharmaceutical manufacturing assignment. You will lead the technology transfer of manufacturing processes for clinical and commercial products, ensuring activities meet project timelines, quality standards, and GMP requirements.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, collaborate with R&D and global functions, develop integrated project plans, and drive continuous improvement in technology transfer processes.

What You Will Work On

• Lead technology transfer projects for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate technology transfer activities for clinical and commercial products.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and timelines.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and global stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in technology transfer processes.
• Support risk assessments and effective project execution.

What You Bring

• A Master's degree in engineering, technology, or life sciences, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Practical experience in pharmaceutical product development and GMP manufacturing.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing process technology transfer.
• Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills.

Meritorious

• Experience with biologics manufacturing or technical support.
• Knowledge of LEAN and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience with risk assessments and risk management.
• Strong written and spoken Swedish and English.
