Role Summary
An experienced Test Automation Architect is needed for a consulting assignment in Stockholm. The role is central to establishing a modern, scalable, and automated test environment for a technically complex .NET-based software platform. The platform integrates hardware, third-party technologies, proprietary software solutions, and external systems through REST APIs.
This assignment is suited to a hands-on technical professional who combines strategic architectural thinking with strong test automation expertise. The mission is to assess the current solution and define a sustainable strategy, architecture, and structure for automated testing throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse the existing test environment and identify opportunities for improved automation, scalability, and quality assurance.
- Develop a long-term test automation strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
- Establish sustainable test automation frameworks, tools, and ways of working.
- Work closely with the development team to enable efficient automated testing across the development process.
- Support the implementation of continuous quality assurance practices for a platform with hardware and external-system integrations.

Qualifications & Experience
