Role Summary

An experienced Test Lead is needed for a major implementation project within warehouse operations, with a focus on quality assurance of IT and automation solutions. The role is responsible for planning, leading, coordinating and following up test and quality activities to ensure high-quality project deliveries and a successful operational implementation.

You will work closely with internal project teams and external suppliers, ensuring that processes, automation solutions, applications and integrations are appropriately tested, validated and documented. The role may also include hands-on participation in testing activities when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and follow up testing and quality assurance activities throughout the implementation project.
• Ensure quality in planned IT and automation deliveries and during subsequent implementation within warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with internal project stakeholders and external suppliers on test planning, execution and quality follow-up.
• Contribute to requirements definition to ensure quality in processes, automation solutions, applications and integrations.
• Participate in the validation of processes related to IT and automation.
• Perform operational testing activities when needed.
• Ensure that test results, final reports and relevant user documentation are completed together with suppliers before training and handover.
• Maintain an overall quality perspective while managing detailed test-related activities and deliverables.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• Test Management and quality assurance for IT implementations.
• Test Planning, Test Execution and Test Reporting.
• Requirements Management and requirements-based testing.
• Validation of IT systems, applications, integrations and automation solutions.
• Automation solutions in warehouse or logistics environments are advantageous.
• Experience with GAMP 5 and GxP/GMP-regulated environments is advantageous.

Qualifications & Experience

You have a relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience, along with extensive experience in software testing and test leadership. Experience from GAMP 5, GxP/GMP-regulated operations, pharmacy operations, automation or logistics is considered advantageous. You should be able to work independently in a coordinating and leading capacity while collaborating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders. Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is required.
