Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Verification & Validation Manager (V&V)

What You Will Work On

• Develop and maintain the project Verification Plan
• Ensure verification evidence from reviews, integration and testing meets defined objectives
• Identify deviations and analyse risks and impacts
• Document and communicate deviations to relevant decision-making and change management forums
• Lead and coordinate verification across reviews, integration and testing
• Ensure required independent verification
• Document and follow up verification activities
• Develop the project Verification Report
• Synchronize development and test teams around overall test strategies
• Follow up test activities and identify additional test needs
• Perform system and subsystem gap analyses
• Identify test gaps and define appropriate actions
• Coordinate testers and Test Leads ahead of releases
• Participate in customer and stakeholder discussions regarding operational scenarios and test needs
• Define entry and exit criteria for test activities
• Review System Test Specifications and Test Scripts
• Create and maintain requirements-to-test traceability matrices
• Define common KPIs for testing and consolidated reporting

What You Bring

• Relevant technical/engineering degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong experience in Verification & Validation (V&V)
• Good understanding of software requirements, data and code
• Experience with different verification and testing methods
• Ability to select appropriate verification methods based on requirements and technical context
• Experience with requirements management and traceability
• Experience with system, integration and/or software testing
• Ability to coordinate multiple test and verification teams
• Strong analytical and structured approach
• Ability to work across system engineering, software development, requirements and testing
• Strong technical understanding of complex systems and verification risks
• Very good English, both spoken and written
